What does 'EAA / WCAG 2.1 AA compliance' mean?+
Basic accessibility (WCAG 2.1 A) is included in every package. Full EAA / WCAG 2.1 AA compliance is an add-on at EUR 115-235, required for e-commerce companies >10 staff + >EUR 2M turnover, banks, telco, transport, hotels with booking systems.
Is SEO included in the website price?+
Every website has starter technical SEO (meta, schema.org, sitemap). Full positioning we offer as separate SEO Professional package (EUR 470/mo).

Can I buy Post-launch care without a new website?+
No, Post-launch care is available only for SEVENEDGE clients after completing 30-day window of 3 revision rounds from Standard or Premium package. Reason: your website must be built by us so we know its technology and can effectively maintain it. For new clients we have separate Start/Standard/Premium packages plus hourly rate EUR 47 on-demand.
How do I pay, upfront or after delivery?+
50% deposit at start, 50% after launch. For projects >EUR 1,200 we can negotiate different schedule.
Why fixed price instead of hourly billing?
Most agencies in Poland price projects by the hour. Sounds fair, but in practice it means: 'we'll estimate 60 hours at PLN 150 = PLN 9,000, deliver in 90 hours, you'll pay PLN 13,500'. You never know where you stand. SEVENEDGE works on fixed pricing. Each of four packages (Micro, Start, Standard, Premium) is standardized, we know how long it takes day by day. You don't bear the risk of 'scope creep', and we have motivation to work efficiently, not stretch hours. The only limit: if during the project you want to add a new feature not in the brief, it's a scope change requiring an addendum, but we negotiate it fairly, not quietly.
